Basic Terms & Conditions
* These rates were reviewed and issued in April 2016 and supersede any other rates issued for 2016.
* We reserve the right to cancel at any time a tour booked, due to the weather, closure of National Parks, or any any other unforeseen event
* All tours are based on a minimum of two people, unless otherwise specified
* Safaris Direct will provide nett rates to the Operator. These rates are inclusive of VAT (calculated on the vatable portion of the tours) and are not subject to the payment of any commission. The Operator will ensure that these rates are kept Private and Confidential. On the basis of qualifying for these nett rates, the operator warrants that they will not sell these tours at more than 20% off the advertised Safaris Direct Rack Rates to other local/international tour operators/agents. In addition, the operator warrants that should they sell direct to the public, these prices will be at the advertised Safaris Direct Rack Rates.
